Updated 20 October 2026. This page explains payments and wallet balances at ADSWAR. Always check the transaction details at checkout and read the company policies alongside this page.
Prices and amounts payable
The system uses Thai baht as its main currency. Prices displayed in other currencies are for reference; check the actual currency and amount at checkout. Discounts, minimums and item-specific conditions are shown for the selected products. Payments should match the amount on the order currently being confirmed.
Available payment methods are those shown at checkout or on the top-up page. You may pay with your wallet balance or a QR method displayed for the transaction. Different order amounts may support different methods, so do not use an old QR image or an amount from another order.
Adding and using wallet funds
- Sign in, open the top-up page and select an amount within the permitted range.
- Check the recipient, amount and reference details before confirming in your banking app.
- After payment, wait for verification and check your balance history. Do not top up again just because the balance has not appeared yet.
- Before confirming a purchase, check your balance and the total. If your balance is insufficient, add funds first or use another method supported by the order.
Wallet funds can be used for services enabled in the system. A displayed wallet balance does not prove that a particular order has been delivered; check both the transaction history and that order.
Expired QR codes, missing funds and pending orders
If a QR code expires or the screen asks you to create a new transaction, first check your banking history to see whether the original amount was deducted. A screen timeout does not prove that no payment occurred. If money was deducted, retain evidence and contact us before paying again.
If the bank shows a successful payment but your balance has not updated, check which ADSWAR account you used and whether the amount and reference match. Then send the transaction code, date, time, amount and necessary evidence to support. Verification may depend on payment information and the payment system's response. We do not guarantee the same confirmation time for every transaction.
Duplicate deductions and correcting amounts
If an amount is deducted twice or is incorrect, report every relevant transaction reference. Our team compares actual receipts, wallet history and orders before making a correction. Do not assume that clicking a button again cancels the first order. Where an overpayment or incorrect deduction is established, it will be considered under the refund policy and statutory rights.
Correcting or refunding a balance may require ownership verification and payment evidence. Never give anyone your banking password, OTP, card PIN or ADSWAR password. Our team uses necessary reference details and does not need information that would give control of your bank account.
Requesting delivery after a refund
If an order has already been refunded, requesting delivery may require payment or a balance adjustment under a verifiable agreement. Ask our team to check the order and refunded amount first to prevent duplicate deductions and duplicate delivery.
Receiving products is explained in the delivery policy. If you notice an unusual transaction, contact ADSWAR with the transaction details, keeping confidential information out of public areas. This version takes effect upon publication on 20 October 2026 and does not reduce rights or conditions relating to existing orders.
