Updated 20 October 2026. ADSWAR reviews cancellation and refund requests against actual payments, delivery data and the conditions in effect at purchase. Read this page together with the warranty policy and company policies. Nothing on this page removes a legal right to claim or receive a refund.
Cases you can ask us to investigate
- The system confirms payment, but the ordered product cannot be delivered.
- Data is incomplete, for the wrong model or incorrect within the product's coverage, and the problem has not been reasonably resolved.
- A payment or wallet deduction is duplicated, or the amount differs from the confirmed transaction.
- A transaction is pending or canceled despite money actually being received or deducted, requiring a status check before further action.
Reporting a problem does not confirm that a refund has been approved. Our team must check the evidence and relevant amounts to prevent duplicate refunds or charges for incomplete delivery.
Digital products already delivered
Digital data cannot be returned to a state in which it has never been disclosed. Requests to cancel because of a change of mind, choosing the wrong model or no longer wanting to use the product after receiving its data must therefore be assessed against the product's nature, conditions disclosed at purchase and statutory rights. This does not justify rejecting incorrect-data or mismatched-delivery problems for which the shop is responsible.
For problems caused by the buyer's use or changes to details, check the model-specific warranty first. Some products expressly cover exceptions. Our team considers those terms and does not use later policy changes to reduce rights relating to existing orders.
How to report a problem and what to provide
- Check whether payment succeeded and how many items were actually delivered.
- Provide the order code, number of affected items, amount and reason for requesting a refund through support or the report button on the order.
- Attach only necessary payment evidence and images of the problem. Hide unrelated bank account digits, passwords and confidential information before sending.
- For duplicate payments, provide the date, time and transaction reference for each payment so we can check whether money was actually received or deducted more than once.
While a case is under review, do not repeat a transaction merely because the balance has not updated. Submit any additional information using the same order reference. Our team may ask for ownership verification before taking action involving money.
Refund amount and method
The amount considered for refund is based on the actual payment and the affected part of the order. For partial delivery, usable items, items under investigation and undelivered items must be distinguished. A partial refund must have a stated reason and verifiable amount, without removing statutory rights relating to the whole order.
The system supports refunds to the ADSWAR wallet for transactions handled under those conditions or agreements. Our team must check which transactions have already been refunded and by how much. If a refund is legally due, store credit will not be imposed instead of money without an appropriate agreement. The method and procedure must be reviewed against the original payment method and transaction limitations.
For requests to withdraw added wallet funds or recover an incorrect top-up, contact us so we can review the transaction, remaining balance, payment source and account ownership. This page does not provide for forfeiture of all added funds or remove the right to request a refund in every case.
Following up and requesting a review
Our team explains the decision and action taken based on the facts. Timing depends on the problem, evidence and payment channel. If the displayed amount differs from the stated result, or you disagree with the assessment, submit additional evidence using the same order code. Read about transaction checks in the payment policy.
This version takes effect upon publication on 20 October 2026 without reducing rights or conditions agreed for existing orders.
