- Coverage applies only to an incorrect password, mismatched email or incorrect information such as 2FA discovered at the first login. Do not order this product if you cannot accept these conditions.

Cases excluded from warranty
- The ability to create additional pages is not guaranteed.
- Account disablement after login is not covered in any circumstances.
- Accounts disabled after use are not covered.
- Checkpoints triggered after an email password-reset request or after using the account are not covered.
- Email mismatches caused by system-information changes are not covered (the Facebook account already includes the shop-provided email).
- Coverage does not apply after the customer changes the password or personal information.
- Accounts left unused for too long, or made unusable by any action, are not covered.
- Coverage does not apply if the customer submits an appeal themselves.
- Issues arising after the account has been submitted for checking and the check completed are not covered.

- Sign in and check the account immediately after purchase to preserve your warranty eligibility.
- After purchasing and checking the account details, promptly change the Facebook password, email password and recovery email (if available) for security. Contact the administrator if you need assistance. Please note that we are not responsible for any resulting damage.
- Do not use the Forgot Password feature; doing so will prevent you from receiving the email OTP.
