- Report account details that do not match the product description within 24 hours of purchase.
- Check ad account access within the warranty period. Changes to ad account information are not covered.
- Accounts locked, disabled or restricted after use are not covered.
- Phone verification, identity document verification, device checks and 180-day suspensions are not covered.
