Warranty period

• Warranty applies only during the first 48 hours after purchase. Log in and inspect the account immediately upon delivery. Report any problem to the administrator within this period.

Covered cases

• The ad wallet is disabled after campaign setup but before spending, with less than THB 500 deducted. Gambling and all grey- or black-market activity are excluded.
• The advertising account is disabled before use.
• An outstanding bill is charged after linking a card: the shop provides an immediate replacement.
• The daily advertising spending limit is reduced below the advertised limit.
• Phone verification is required.
• Identity-card verification is required.
• Device verification is required.
• The account shows a 180-day suspension before use.
• The Facebook password is incorrect at the first login.
• The email password is incorrect at the first login.
• Account details do not match the shop’s product description.

Excluded cases

• The advertising account has been used, including creating campaigns, running ads, or spending more than THB 500.
• Changing account details, such as the Facebook password, email password, or 2FA, confirms that the customer has inspected and accepted delivery.
• Creating a new ad wallet.
• Adding administrators to Ads, the wallet or linked accounts, or adding the account to a business.
• Adding friends beyond those prepared by the shop for adding the wallet.
• Using password reset or account recovery yourself and subsequently losing OTP access or account access.
• Problems caused by the customer’s IP, proxy, VPN, device, or usage behaviour.
• All cases not expressly listed as covered are excluded.
